I’ve been busy grading a film and am starting to get concerned about staring at a grey wall, as it may have an adverse affect upon what I’m actually seeing. Perhaps I should paint it a different shade of grey? Or is this a classic example of displacement technique? I can’t remember the last time I even thought about painting anything unprompted.
